so long didnt cook..manage to cook a dinner for papa n mama last night...but so sad i accidently delete the photo i took,but the dish adi finished up by my parent...so sad...so...i jus snap photo from the book..quite nice...have a try!
Ingredients:
2 chicken whole legs, cut into pieces
1 pair preserved Chinese sausage, sliced thickly
50g salted fish, cubed
2 tbsp shredded ginger
2 tbsp shredded spring onion
Seasoning:
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tbsp light soya sauce
2 tbsp shaoxiing wine
dash of dark soya sauce
1 tbsp corn flour
3 tbsp water
some shredded spring onion for garnishing
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients, seasoning and marinate for 1 hour or more.
2. Steam all ingredients at high heat for 20 minutes or until cooked. Remove, sprinkle shredded spring onion on top and serve hot
