自从这间店开张以来都不曾光顾的我。。07042008，第一次领教了那儿服务员的态度！坦白说，不是我个人的感觉，而是我们一班人的感觉。。他们的态度只能用烂来形容。。先别说食物的好坏。。就表面先说。。服务态度。。我不敢说我吃遍所有的日式餐厅，但是这间的态度实在是令人发指。。身为一间日本餐厅的服务员，不知道日本人是出了名的有礼貌吗？约好一群朋友7个人到哪里去吃东西。。还没进去前，就先被拦着。。抓设问你有member card吗？那现在是什么状况啊？是不是本小姐没member card就不能进去吃？那在店门口挂个大字报不就知道了的说。。ok..就当作这是必须要的。。也不需要一直说着卡只能让5个人用吧.。。现在没有人在跟他们要求任何的折扣。。因为我们都不知道有什么特别的促销。。他在忙什么？？那只能5人他就算5人的份不就得了？着急个什么劲儿啊。。或者他意思是要另外两个人滚一边去？那我更不能容忍这样的态度！他们是觉得我们付不起吗？都没人跟他要折扣。。乱个屁啦！总之就很不爽就对了啦。。真是间这样瞧不起人的店。。

不太会用。。就这样写着算吧。。其实上一封帖子是有续集的。。因为真的忍无可忍了。。今天，
10-04-2008在朋友的要求下就再去一次。。因为是他们（店）超紧张的“大促销”的最后一天。。又再次遭遇如此的对待。。首先呢。。就是必须经过一轮“面试”。。such as..你们8个人。。要有两张会员卡啊。。等等等。。wait a minute.. izzit illegal for me to enter the shop if i don have any member card??ok..well.i have one card..but i didnt say that i need the shop to calculate the 8of us under the promotion!!u can ust take 5 from us..we understand the terms and condition..but why..disappointed me again??!!izzit my face look too poor to u until i cant even afford to pay the bill without any discount??frankly speaking, nobody will enter a shop without enough money in his/her wallet/purse!!furthermore..we r with 2 cards today..bt don feel like telling as the TERMS AND CONDITIONS states that we are required to show our card when paying the bills..isnt it??okie..next..we went in after explain to the guy ouside the shop..no..should call him as "interviewer"..we met a lot of frens in university there..(ya..im a BP-rean studying in UTHM)..i know its due to the promotion..okie..then sit down and we ordered..for more information..this promotion is actually not effective to ordered food..obviously..WE ARE NOT GOING THERE FOR THE PROMOTION!!!!continue..just when we arrived there, a group of my frens are leaving.. they heard sth "GOOD" when settling the bills..This will be the most unacceptable part for this whole incident!!! a guy..maybe sth like the manager of the shop..he,as the head of the shop told his subordinates at the cashier there..pointing to US and said:这群人只有1张卡。。盯紧一点。。等下不要算错！！waw..this is a good command!!!then..every workers are looking at us..like we are going to run after eating all the food..with this kinda descrimination attitude..i dont think this shop is able to survive in long term..really..im not sure how they treat other customers..bt this is the experience that make 7 plus 8 ppl wil never go to the shop anymore..im not saying that this shop will close down just bcos of the few of us..but God knows how many customers were served with this kinda attitude and service??!!they spoilt the culture of japanese..they spoilt the name of Sushi King.. they spoilt the image of this shop in all of us mind.. or maybe my frens there..Frens from KL were soooo disappointed with this.. even busy Sushi King shops in KL also don serve customers like this!!!what the hell they are proud of? is their revenues higher than others?if yes..condolences to BP customers..you all are just the victims of the unkindly services..better think about it..im not yearning for any reply to this msg..just..wan to let some of u to know..service and attitude are important especially in this kinda food industry..to be more reality..i paid for the service charge..is it the 10% service charge paid is to let u guys serve me with this kinda attitude?? then i rather throw the money to the drain!!

本人在10号有去SUSHI KING吃。。2人。本身有会员卡。我们一进去，服务员并没有特别问我们有会员卡吗？而且服务也很好，一直会来帮我们加茶。这间店我们都有光顾的。老实讲哪里的店都难免会碰上一两个态度不好的员工的咯。所以我们并不可以因为这样而针对整间店的服务人员。这样对那些很好的服务人员是比较不公平咯。刚开始我也会觉得这间店怕很难长久。。但他能到今天，都有一定的顾客了的啊！

我也不是很喜欢他们的服务态度。。去过几次，就马马虎虎。。。
但是在情人节那天，真被那里的员工气死了！！
情人节那天，去Bp mall mail 买点东西，刚好肚子饿了，就进去想吃晚餐。。
一进去，她们说 FULL HOUSE, 要等，叫我们留电话，说一下下打给我们。。。
然后我们就出去外面等。。。。。哇靠！等了半个小时，还没打来！
我们就回去问。。当柜台小姐看到我们的时候，好像有“吓一跳”的表情。。
然后我就问有没有位子，她竟然说”你的电话打不通“！！！ （忘记打电话就说忘记，还找借口！！）
气道爆！

也许你的样子看起来比较有钱。。对你的态度就特别好咯。。哈哈。。我们穷书生样子太寒酸。。他们打从心底看不起我们。。我倒不觉得以一个服务员的态度评定整间店的员工是很不公平。。因为基本上身为服务业得一分子。。本身就应该知道什么是客户至上，不该以貌取人。。而且你们没遇上这样的问题。。是因为你们只有两个人。。会员卡够用！！那如果你六个人去，态度就不一样了。。也许他们就会抓着告诉你。。“会员卡只限五个人！！你们有六个！！”
间接叫另一个人滚蛋！！一件那么有名的餐馆。。竟连小贩中心的服务态度都比不上！！

就是酱咯。。他们都不会让顾客感到appreciated的咯。。聪明和明智的顾客们。。别在成为这种态度的受害者了。。顾客永远第一！！那件店的员工们。。去上上下Total Quality Management啦。。manager也是。。学学下什么是CRM啦。。Customer Relationship Management。。haih。。失望。。

我倒是觉得那的日本料理没什么值得我去第二次吧了....
