280克 中筋粉
50克 砂糖
1包/8克 香草糖
1大勺 烤粉
1/2小勺 苏打粉
1/2小勺 食盐
60克 玉米油
1个 鸡蛋
300克 原味酸奶(含脂3.5%)
50毫升 牛奶
100克 黑樱桃酱
少许 杏仁片(随好,可不放)
280 g All-purpose flour
50 g Sugar
1 package/8 g Vanilla sugar
1 tbsp Baking powder
½ tsp Baking soda
½ tsp Salt
60 g Corn oil
1 pc Egg
300 g Plain yoghurt (3.5% fat)
50 ml Milk
100 g Black cherry jam
Some almond slices (optional)

1. 烤箱预热到200C/400F。准备11-12个麦芬模,放上麦芬纸杯或是抹油备用。
Preheat an oven to 200C/400F. Prepare a baking tin with 11-12 paper liner or simply grease with butter.
2. 面粉过筛到盆里后,加入砂糖,香草糖,烤粉,苏打粉和食盐,完全混合均匀。玉米油和鸡蛋搅打均匀后,加入酸奶和牛奶也一并拌匀。
Sift the flour into a mixing bowl, add in sugar, vanilla sugar, bakingpowder, baking soda and salt. Mix well. Beat the corn oil and egg. Addin yoghurt and milk. Stir until well-combined.

3. 将粉类逐步加入湿性材料中拌匀即可。将其勺入备好的麦芬模中,先填入一半量,然后放一小勺的黑樱桃酱在上面,接着再勺入剩下的一半。如果喜欢杏仁片,这时就可以洒上了。入预热烤箱中层烘焙15-20分钟左右。
Gradually add the dry ingredients into the liquid ones and mix justuntil moistened. Spoon half of the batter evenly into the muffin cups,then lay a teaspoon of jam on the top. Finally cover with the rest ofbatter. Sprinkle with almond slices if desired. Bake in the middle ofthe preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes.
